Ordering
Are your curtains made to order?
Yes — every curtain panel is made specifically for you after you place your order. We don't keep pre-made inventory, so what arrives at your door is fresh, custom, and produced with care.
How long does production take?
Because each curtain is made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it's on its way, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Where are your curtains printed and sewn?
All of our curtains are proudly printed in the USA and carefully hand-sewn for a truly custom, high-quality finish.
Can I order a swatch first?
Yes! We fabric swatches for every design are available to purchase from each product page. Our swatches measure approximately 8.5" × 8.5" and are printed to scale, allowing you to see the true color, texture, and pattern size before placing an order for curtains.
Fabric swatches are final sale and non-returnable.
Do you have Trade or B2B pricing?
Yes! Learn more about and apply for our trade program here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get started right away once an order is placed, so we're unable to make changes to items in an existing order. If you'd like additional panels, we recommend placing a separate order.
If you need to update a shipping address or contact information before your order ships, reach out to our customer service team right away and we'll do our best to help.
Are rods and hooks included?
No. Curtain rods and hanging hardware are not included with the panels, allowing you to choose the hardware style and finish that best fits your space.
Fabric & Materials
Are your fabrics natural fibers?
Our curtain fabric is made from a natural blend of 90% cotton and 10% linen, giving it a soft hand, beautiful texture, and relaxed drape. All unlined or privacy lined curtains are all natural and free of synthetics.
Our blackout lining is different. Because true blackout performance requires blocking light completely, the blackout liner is made from 100% polyester. We chose this option specifically for its effectiveness in darkening rooms and improving privacy.
How do I care for my curtains?
Care instructions depend on the lining you selected. All of our curtains are made from a natural linen blend, so gentle care is recommended to preserve the fabric’s texture and drape.
Unlined Curtains
- Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle
- Line dry recommended to help prevent shrinkage and preserve the natural slub texture.
- Iron on the reverse side using a warm setting
Privacy Lined Curtains
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Air dry
- Cool iron if needed
Blackout Lined Curtains
- Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle using mild detergent
- Tumble dry on delicate or hang dry with the foam-coated side facing out
- Professional dry cleaning is also recommended

Should I expect variation between panels purchased separately?
Short answer - yes! Because each design is printed onto fabric our curtains, there can be slight variations between batches. The material may absorb ink a bit differently, which can cause minor differences in color or tone. This is a natural part of the process and not considered a defect.
Construction
What hanging options do the curtains have?
Each panel is designed with both a rod pocket and fabric back tabs — giving you two built-in ways to hang the same curtain.
Rod Pocket— thread the rod directly through the pocket for a relaxed, gathered finish.
Back Tab— use the sewn-in tabs to create a classic, structured pleated look.
Because of the natural cotton-linen blend, the fabric is slightly more structured and is not ideal for heavy pooling on the floor. For the best look, we recommend panels that either just touch the floor or float slightly above it.
What lining options are available?
We offer three lining options so you can choose the right level of light control and privacy for your space:
Unlined— light and airy, perfect for a soft, natural drape with gentle light filtration.
Privacy Lined— blocks visibility while allowing soft, diffused light to filter through.
Blackout— complete light control for restful sleep and total privacy.
Are the curtains single-panel or pairs?
Each order is for individual panels, giving you full flexibility to order the exact number you need for any window configuration.
Will the pattern on the panels line up when the curtains are closed?
Not always. Due to fabric width and pattern repeat limitations, patterns may not align perfectly across multiple curtain panels.
When a pair of curtains is fully closed, the pattern may not match seamlessly from one panel to the next. This is a normal characteristic of printed drapery panels.
Hanging & Sizing Guide
Where should I mount the curtain rod?
Rod height has a big impact on how a room feels. Two approaches work well:
Elevated Mount (Modern)— hang the rod 6–12 inches above the window frame, or 2–4 inches below the ceiling. Creates height and an elevated, dramatic look.
Frame Mount (Classic)— install the rod 2–4 inches above the window frame for a traditional, classic appearance.
Because of the natural cotton-linen blend, the fabric is slightly more structured and is not ideal for heavy pooling on the floor. For the best look, we recommend panels that either just touch the floor or float slightly above it.
How do I know how many panels to order?
The number of panels you need depends on your window width and how full you’d like the curtains to look when closed.
For a balanced, full appearance, we generally recommend choosing curtain width that is about 2x your window width.
Since each panel is 50" wide:
- 40–50" wide window: 2 panels recommended
- 60–80" wide window: 2–4 panels depending on desired fullness
- 90–120" wide window: 4–6 panels recommended
If you prefer a more relaxed look, you can use fewer panels. For a fuller, more gathered appearance, we recommend adding additional panels.
For the best fit, measure the total width you’d like the curtains to cover — not just the glass portion of the window.
What size panels do you offer?
Our drapery panels are available in three lengths, all with a 50-inch width:
50"W x 84"L
50"W x 96"L
50"W x 108"L
Panels are sold individually rather than as sets, so you can order the exact quantity needed for your space.
For a fuller look, we generally recommend using 2 or more panels per window depending on your window width and desired drape fullness.
